a. Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Akbar Bhawan, Satya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021, or

b. Lodge complaint with Madad web portal at Ministry of External Affairs website or

c. Lodge complaint with OWRC (overseas workers resources centre) managed by Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Akbar Bhawan, Satya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021
