Job Description:
- Design, configure, install and maintain video conferencing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and fix any problems with video conferencing systems, both software and hardware, in a timely manner.
- Providing technical support and training to end users, ensuring their ability to use video conferencing tools and platforms effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in video conferencing technologies (such as Microsoft Teams certifications or HCSA-Field-Intelligent Collaboration certifications).
Experience:
Minimum 4 Years' Experience.
Certifications & Other Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Architect or similar role, with a focus on video conferencing solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of video conferencing technologies, protocols and standards, including software applications such as (Microsoft Teams).
- Strong understanding of video conferencing devices, platforms and infrastructure, including experience with Huawei Service Management System (SMC) and Huawei CloudMCU or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, VoIP phones
- Experience with conferencing technologies such as Zoom_ Teams, Poly, Cisco etc
- Basic experience in Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Microsoft Teams: a persistent-chat-based workspace where you can have informal, real-time, conversations around a variety of topics, organized by specific sub-groups.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
- Huawei Cloud Enterprise Communications (CloudEC).
- CMS (Cisco Meeting Server).
- Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server Control (VCS).
- Huawei Service Management Center (SMC).
- Logitech Rally Plus System and audio and video systems.
