Job Description:
-Clinical Practice: All nursing acts and procedures are always practiced with Mercy and according to the caring nature of the nursing profession.
-The care provided is based on the patient's nursing care requirements in accordance with the IMC Policies and Procedures of the Nursing Department, in line with the cultural rules of the Kingdom.
-Performs and documents a systematic initial and on-going assessment of the patients, utilizing the nursing care process and interventions.
-Provide total, direct nursing care consistent with the plan of care and needs of the patients, with respect for the patient's privacy, dignity, personal reference and culture.
-Attending patients activities of daily living and carries out all other nursing related tasks i.e. Medication management, specimen collection.
-Communicate report, escalate and document in timely accurate manner any significant changes in patient's condition using the official communication tools.
Education:
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) from recognized college.
Experience:
Minimum 2 Years' Experience.
Certifications & Other Requirements:
Required Trainings, Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) and Courses according to area of Sub-Speciality, Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Certification and MOH license to practice.
