Job Description:
▪️ Extensive experience in Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and advanced analytical laboratory techniques.
▪️ Proven leadership experience managing a Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology, or Specialized Laboratory.
▪️ Experience in Anti-Doping Laboratories or WADA-accredited laboratories is highly desirable. For the Gas Chromatography role, at least 5 years in a WADA-accredited laboratory is an essential requirement.
▪️ Strong background in:
• LC-MS/MS
• GC-MS/MS
• Mass Spectrometry
• Clinical Chemistry
• Toxicology
• Laboratory Quality Management
• ISO 17025
• Research & Method Development
Key Responsibilities
▪️Lead and manage highly specialized Chromatography/Gas Chromatography laboratories.
▪️Oversee laboratory operations, quality systems, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
▪️Lead multidisciplinary scientific teams.
▪️Develop and implement advanced analytical methodologies.
▪️Ensure compliance with WADA, ISO 17025, JCIA, and CBAHI standards.
▪️Drive innovation, research, and continuous quality improvement.
Education:
▪️ Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Clinical Analytical Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related discipline.
Experience:
▪️ Extensive experience in Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and advanced analytical laboratory techniques.
