A leading government tertiary hospital in Madinah is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chairman of Anesthesia to lead and advance its anesthesia services at a strategic level.
Job Description:
- Proven leadership in managing large anesthesia departments
- Strong background in academic medicine and service development
- Experience in policy implementation, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to lead subspecialty growth within a tertiary referral setting
Education:
Graduate of a recognized medical school in good standing Completion of required postgraduate training in an anesthesia specialty/subspecialty Saudi Board / American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT (or equivalent recognized by a Medical Staff Credentialing Committee)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in a anesthesia subspecialty
- At least 4 years in an administrative or leadership role
- Significant post-training experience within a tertiary care environment
